I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and I offer programs that are focused on creating sustainable and healthy habits to help you improve your well-being.

A health coach will look at the bigger picture, assessing your work-life balance, stress levels, exercise regimes, sleeps habits and your food intake. We will be looking at the whole picture and understand how different areas of your life influence each other.

I offer 3 & 6 months programs, with the options of workshops or cookery classes, tailored to your needs. The best way to see if health coaching can work for you, is to book a 1 h non-committal initial appointment to see if we can work with each other.
