A health coach is a wellness expert that helps clients establish healthy eating and lifestyle habits, creating tailored and sustainable plans.
I trained with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition of New York, that sets the gold standard in the industry, and I am a member of the IHCA (International Association for Health Coaches) and HCA (UK Association for Health Coaches).
Programs can focus on wide variety of issues, starting from nutrition and healthy eating habits, exercise advice & orientation to stress management and lifestyle changes needed to support a chronic health condition.
A health coach will look at the bigger picture, and starting with your eating habits, it will include other aspects of your well-being like your stress levels, exercise regimes, sleeps habits and work-life balance to help you understand how different areas of your life influence each other.
