Raw chocolate & goji berries hearts

There is nothing more sexy than chocolate, and when Valentine comes I love the idea of making some chocolates myself. These raw chocolate & goji berries heart are brimming with health benefits and perfect for sweet Valentine surprise.

Both raw chocolate and goji berries are rich and anti-oxidants and nutrients and together with raw coconut oil, they can be easily stored in your kitchen cupboard, for that last minute chocolate craving.

Preparation time 5 min, 20 min for refrigeration 

Ingredients 

  • 3 teaspoons of raw chocolate powder
  • 2 teaspoons of coconut oil ( melted)
  • a few drops of maple syrup
  • 4-5 gojii berries

Simply put the chocolate powder in a little bowl, add the melted coconut oil, few drops of syrup, and the crushed berries. Place in a chocolate silicon mold (or silicon ice cube maker) and put it in the fridge for at least half an hour. Enjoy!
